Control System
SP´s is certified in accordance with DS/EN ISO 9001 by the BVQI.
Sphere of application:
"The manufacture of stamped, deep-drawn and ready-to-fit mechanical assemblies".
Customer drawings and specifications are transposed into work and control instructions at Scan Press.
Work instructions define:
- Tool and machine settings
- Requirements reference the usage of specific lubricants (oils or films)
- Packaging requirements
- Handling requirements
- Packing instructions
Components and/or pacakaging will be labeled in accordance with customer requirements concerning traceability ( most commonly on raw material).
Control instructions define:
- Inspection requirements
- Inspection periodicity
- Inspection method
When SPC (Statistical Process Control) is required, this is specified in the control instruction.
